We stayed in a hotel located in the center of a bustling city. It is situated conveniently close to a city square and shops, making it easy to explore the town. the hotel also offers tours on the World's highest navigable lake. the rooms were decent and basic, but well-maintained, with clean towels provided regularly.

The breakfast buffet was lacking in options with cold food and dirty dishes, which turned us off.

Nice hotel, hot water and heating. This was what I needed in a cold town like Puno.

Probably as good as you are doing to get in this remote town on the banks of Lake Titicaca. Our room was functional but tired and slightly dirty. Bins were not emptied but most things worked. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

The shower left a lot to be desired, constantly switching between extremely hot and cold temperatures. the noise level on the weekend made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel along the pedestrianised Lima boulevard, right on the lake, offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight of the stay is the breakfast, which includes extra cooked food options to start your day off right.
